Installation of truck scales at a gas filling station

Constanta Vaga specialists implemented the project and completed the full cycle of work on installing and integrating into the enterprise network an 80-ton NPV truck scale with a weighing platform length of 18 m. All work was completed within three weeks from the time the territory was laid out to the scales being put into operation. The scales are installed on column-type digital strain gauges, and the weighing terminal is located up to 150 m from the scales.

The equipment is supplied with the “Auto Scales” software, which is designed for use in weighing systems for technological and commercial accounting at agricultural enterprises, heavy industry, metal depots and other industries. This software package is based on many years of experience in the production of truck scales and satisfies all the basic requirements of large and small enterprises that need to organize accounting of incoming and outgoing goods flow passing through truck scales.
