Constanta Vaga engineered and manufactures a feed production control cabinet based on two KV4 weighing controllers. Deployed at a poultry farm in Poltava region, the system delivers consistent feed quality with minimal operator involvement.

Process coverage

• Two independent weighing lines:
  1. dosing of grains (corn, wheat, soy, meal) with discharge to the crusher;
  2. dosing of premix directly into the mixer.
• The finished feed is transferred by screw conveyor to storage bins.

Operator workflow

1. Select a recipe on the KV4.
2. Set the number of cycles.
3. Press Start — the system runs automatically.
   After all cycles are completed, the cabinet stops and signals
