Weight indicator A6 is used in various types of platform, commodity scales. The weight indicator is also used in simple bunker scales.

It can be used both with small platforms on one sensor, and with a platform on 4 and 8 strain gauges. The number of simultaneously connected sensors is no more than 4 x 350Ω or 8 x 700Ω.
