Software “Car scales” with a video surveillance module

The specialized software “Car scales” (software) of the weigher is developed for use in weighing systems of technological and commercial accounting at enterprises of agriculture, heavy industry, metal depots and other branches of industry. This software complex is based on many years of experience in the production of automobile scales and meets all the basic requirements of large and small enterprises that need to organize the accounting of incoming and outgoing goods flowing through automobile scales.

The photo recording and video surveillance module allows you to monitor the scales and the area near the scales. When working with the software, images from video surveillance cameras are automatically linked to data about the weighted car. The use of the photofixation module allows you to avoid disagreements between counterparties regarding the correctness of weighing the car and to increase the safety of weighing and accounting of goods.

The main features of the photo fixation module:

– continuous monitoring of scales;

– support for IR cameras, you can use the same cameras in the company’s own video surveillance system;

– linking images from video cameras to the results of car weighing;

– sending weighing results with pictures to a mobile phone – smartphone.

– transfer of information about weighed cars (number, date and time of weighing, tare weight, gross weight, net weight, images from video cameras) to a remote computer, mobile phone using commonly accepted network technologies (Ethernet, modem, etc.).
