Truck scales and weighing of trucks are an essential component of any production process, from receiving raw materials to releasing finished products. The efficiency of the production process cannot be assessed without weighing and accounting.

Constanta Weight specialists are engaged in the development, production and commissioning of electronic vehicle scales and automated vehicle weighing systems.

Depending on the wishes of the customer, analogue or digital strain gauges are used in truck scales, which are included not only in the State Register of Ukraine, but also in the State Registers of other countries around the world. The strain gauges are designed to operate in a wide temperature range from – 30 to + 50 Celsius; accordingly, the scales operate while maintaining the stated metrological characteristics all year round, without stopping.

The weighing terminal is equipped with an RS232 interface, which allows you to connect the scales to a personal computer or laptop to organize accounting of the weighed product.

Additional options are possible:

• Duplicate display (allows you to display information about the weight of the car in continuous mode)
• Traffic lights (allow you to organize control of the entry/arrival of cars into the territory of the enterprise.
• Barriers (in combination with traffic lights allow you to additionally organize access control for cars entering the enterprise territory).
• weigher’s room (allows you to place a weigher’s workplace with the installation of a personal computer).
• Software (provides accounting for incoming/outgoing transport.
