Load cell FLINTEC UB6

The operating principle of the FLINTEC UB6 strain gauge, S-shaped, is based on the conversion of tensile/compressive strain along the principal stress areas of the elastic element into an electrical signal. Strain gauges, normalization and temperature compensation elements are connected using a Wheatstone bridge circuit.

UB6 sensors are used as components in weighing (force measuring) and weight dosing systems, scales of III (medium) accuracy class according to GOST 29329 and RM MOZM No. 76.

Features of FLINTEC UB6

• High quality manufacturing: total factory control of welding seams by pumping a gas mixture (helium) into the body and subsequent leak detection.
• Unique cavity separation design: provides for hermetically sealed replacement of the sensor strain cable if damaged; dust and moisture protection IP 68 is maintained for the entire structure.

• Availability of models of accuracy class C1 and C3 according to RM OIML No. 60.
