Control Cabinet for Automatic Big-Bag Filling

The automated control cabinet is designed for precise recipe-based dosing of bulk materials into big-bags. The system is built around the KV-4 weighing controller by Constanta Vaga and provides a fully automatic, high-accuracy filling cycle.

Operating Principle

The operator places the bag onto the feeder neck and presses the Clamp button. Pneumatic cylinders secure the bag while the system activates air-blowing for opening. After that, the feeder gate opens, and material flows into the bag positioned on platform scales with a roller conveyor. At 95% the flow slows down for accuracy. Upon reaching 100%, the bag is released and moved down the conveyor.
