Rejector mode – control of the weighed sample within specified limits (50 specified limits). When determining the weight of a sample within a given limit, print a label indicating the date, time and weight to an external label printer.
The terminal has inputs for connecting strain gauges, damper position sensors and additional controls. Up to ten different actuators can be connected to it and controlled according to a programmed algorithm.
The main feature of this product is the ability to quickly reprogram the dosing algorithm and the ability to exchange information with a personal computer via the RS-232 or RS-485 interface.
The terminal allows you to store 9 dosing recipes in memory, i.e. 9 recipes for preparing various mixtures. The terminal receives signals from external sources: limit switches, control buttons, position sensors.
Storing in the internal memory statistics on the preparation of mixtures in the context of recipes, i.e. For each recipe, its own statistics are kept for each component and the total amount.
An additional option is an analog output 4 – 20 mA.
