Control system operation algorithm:

• The operator selects a concrete mixture recipe on the operator panel. The selection is made from the table.
• The operator on the panel enters the required amount of concrete volume.
• To start the dosing process, the operator presses the “Dosing start” screen button on the panel. The operator can interrupt the dosing process at any time by pressing the “Dosing stop” button.
• After adding all components to the scales, the operator must press the “Unload dispensers” screen button on the panel. Dispensers are unloaded only when the mixer is turned on. If the mixer is turned on, then after pressing this button, unloading is performed in the following sequence:

– the conveyor is turned on and inert materials are unloaded;

– cement is unloaded after a specified period of time;

– after a specified period of time, the chemicals are unloaded into the water;

– after a specified period of time, water is discharged into the mixer.

• The mixture is mixed in the mixer for a specified time. The time countdown is displayed on the panel.
• To unload the mixer, the operator presses the “Open damper” screen button on the panel.
