Control system for dosed grain shipment

Сonstanta Vega specialists have developed, manufactured and put into operation a control system for dosed loading and shipment of grain.

The result of the development was a modern electronic grain shipment control system, in which all product data (weight, time, date) and the necessary recipient details are stored in non-volatile memory and transferred to the enterprise’s 1C system.

The control system for dosed grain shipment (hereinafter referred to as SUD) contains an operator panel with a touch screen, the software of which was developed by Constanta Vaga specialists.

The panel screen shows a visual graphic diagram of the technological process of grain shipment (including indication of the weight of grain in weighing silos) and the state of the input signals of the EMS system. The operator has the opportunity to enter the value of the dose declared for shipment and the vehicle number, which allows for more accurate accounting of shipped products.

The system provides output control signals to actuators, automating the technological process and minimizing the influence of the human factor.

All electronic components are mounted in a metal cabinet with automatic heating and dust protection, ensuring a longer service life of the equipment.

This system provides the following functions:

weighing grain in shipping silos;
dosed loading/unloading of grain into shipping silos in accordance with
operator’s task;
control of silo loading/unloading mechanisms;
isual display of the technological process (mnemonic diagram);
operator entering shipping details;
storing shipping information in non-volatile memory and transferring it to the user’s PC;
PC communication interface;
data exchange protocol compatible with 1C program;
