Weight controller KV2MD – This is a very accurate, versatile weighing indicator that is used in a wide variety of weighing processes. It can provide an accurate and efficient solution to any task – from simple weighing to dispensing, including loading and unloading of a variety of materials. Regardless of what is used for loading or unloading: solid materials, liquid or gases, the KV2MD weight controller is capable of fully automating this process. To achieve high accuracy when dosing, the KV2MD weight controller provides a multi-stage loading/unloading algorithm with setting a threshold for switching to smooth additional loading.

The KV2MD weight controller is specially adapted for industrial weighing and, thanks to the standard Modbus RTU (Slave) communication protocol, can be easily integrated into any production line. It can be directly connected to most programmable controllers, industrial PCs and SCADA.

The KV2MD weight controller can be used in weighing systems with the number of verification divisions up to 10,000 (accuracy class III). The controller uses a 6-digit, seven-segment digital LED indicator with a green glow. The height of the indicator digits is 14 mm. The controller is equipped with a 4-key keyboard with tactile feedback. The keys are intended for basic weighing functions, as well as starting and stopping the dosing process.
