Upgrading a bunker into an electronic feed dispenser

To implement the project, strain gauges with elastomer-type installation units and a dosing control cabinet (MCD) based on the KV4 weighing module were used.

The system can operate in both manual and automatic mode.

The operating algorithm is as follows: each component, having passed through the crusher, with the help of a conveyor feed, enters one of three storage tanks. After this, at the command of the weighing controller, each component is dispensed into the weighing hopper. Upon completion of dosing, the entire product enters the intermediate bunker for mixing and then, on command, is fed into the storage bunker for further shipment to the buyer.

The entire process is controlled by the KV-4 weighing module. The system is equipped with overload protection and emergency power shutdown in the event of an emergency.
