New Automatic Control Cabinet for Big-Bag Filling

Constanta Vaga has introduced a new automated solution for accurate big-bag filling of bulk materials. The system is based on the KV-4 weighing controller and provides a fully automatic filling cycle with high dosing precision.

The solution includes platform scales with a roller conveyor, pneumatic clamps for securing the bag, and an automatic air-blowing function for bag opening. Once the cycle starts, the product is dispensed in two stages: fast filling up to 95% of the target dose and fine dosing of the remaining 5%. When 100% is reached, the bag is released and moved down the roller conveyor to the next station.

This new solution simplifies operator workflow, reduces dosing errors, and increases overall plant efficiency.
